What this page covers

This policy explains what NotifyHub Technologies does with information you submit through the NotifyHub College ERP website at college.notifyhub.in. It does not cover data held inside the product by a college that subscribes to it — that college is the controller of its own student and fee data.

What we collect

If you submit the demo request form, we collect the details you enter: your name, your college name, your phone number, your email address, the student-count range you select, and any message you write.

We do not ask for student data, financial account details or any sensitive personal information through this website.

Why we use it

• To contact you about your demo request.
• To prepare a demo relevant to your college.
• To answer questions you ask us about the product.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Demo requests are delivered by email to our team. Email delivery is handled by a third-party sending service acting on our instructions. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep demo enquiries for as long as they are useful for the conversation you started, and remove them when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@notifyhub.in and we will act on it.
